FAQ
Why can’t I connect?
Confirm you are authorized for the selected GoHighLevel location, then restart the connection from DropDialer.
Why aren’t contacts syncing?
Verify the authorization completed and allow a short time for the initial contact sync. Reconnect if the connection shows an error.
What data is imported?
DropDialer imports the contact fields needed for campaign selection, including name and supported phone fields.
Why does DropDialer request contacts.write?
It is used only for enabled delivery-event synchronization, such as recording campaign outcome activity or tags.
Are OAuth credentials stored securely?
Yes. Credential bundles are encrypted at rest and tokens are never displayed in the DropDialer interface.
How are webhooks validated?
DropDialer verifies signed webhook requests before processing their payloads.
What happens when I uninstall the app?
The integration disconnects and stored authorization credentials are removed from the active connection.
Can I reconnect later?
Yes. Install or reconnect the Marketplace app and complete OAuth again for the desired location.
Do I need to configure webhooks?
No manual webhook setup is required for the Marketplace integration.

Security
- OAuth 2.0 authentication scopes access to the authorized GoHighLevel location.
- Credential bundles are encrypted at rest; access and refresh tokens are handled only by the secure connection service.
- Signed webhooks are verified before data is accepted or processed.
- Least-privilege scopes limit access to the contact and location data required for this integration.
- Disconnecting or uninstalling removes active authorization credentials from the connection.
