Marketing Consent
Marketing SMS consent is collected separately from any informational, transactional, customer support, billing, or account-related communications. Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing products or services. Consumers may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Example SMS Messages
Message Frequency, Rates, STOP and HELP
Message frequency varies by participating business, user activity, and the type of communication the recipient requested or agreed to receive.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and service plan.
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP.
Consent and Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to buy any goods or services.
After a valid opt-out request, the relevant sender should stop sending further SMS messages to that number except as permitted for opt-out confirmation or other lawful purposes.
Consent Records
DropDialer maintains records demonstrating when and how marketing consent was collected for its own marketing SMS program. Consent records include the subscriber, the date and time of consent, the collection method, and the disclosure language presented at the time consent was given.
No Purchased Lists or Shared Consent
DropDialer does not send marketing SMS messages to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or third-party contact lists. Marketing SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have directly provided consent to receive marketing communications from DropDialer.
