SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the DropDialer marketing SMS program operated by Server Side Design Inc. d/b/a DropDialer. These terms apply only to marketing SMS messages sent by DropDialer to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive DropDialer marketing communications.
Program Description
DropDialer operates a marketing SMS program used to communicate with subscribers who have voluntarily opted in to receive recurring marketing communications from DropDialer. Messages may include product announcements, newsletters, webinar invitations, promotional offers, discounts, and marketing updates.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and voluntarily opting in through a DropDialer signup form, newsletter subscription, webinar registration, or other documented marketing consent method, you agree to receive recurring marketing SMS messages from DropDialer. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies depending on the marketing communications you choose to receive from DropDialer. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing Consent
Marketing SMS consent applies only to DropDialer's marketing program and is collected separately from any informational, transactional, customer support, billing, or account-related communications. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.

Opt-Out
